Our approach is to create a customized Wellness Program designed to address the individual needs of each of our clients.

  • Health Risk Assessment (HRA)
    Provides individuals with a Personal Wellness Profile with risk factors and recommendations.

    Provides your company with the aggregate HRA results in order to identify group risk factors with the company.

    Biometric assessments such as Blood pressure checks, body fat percentage and hip to waist ratio are encouraged prior to HRA.

  • Monthly WellNotes Newsletters

  • Annual roll out meeting
    Wellness Team employees meet to form year plan based on Employee Needs assessment and HRA information, review wellness services and incentives.

  • Wellness Coaching / Ask the Nutritionist
    Available to work one on one with individuals on their personal health goals, answer questions regarding HRA information or Nutrition information.

 

  • Baseline Clinic
    Involves taking individual measurements of weight, body fat percentage, hip to waist measurements, and flexibility to determine progress on health goals. 
  • Flu Shot Clinic
    Can be provided in the fall.  Vaccine cost may be covered on certain health insurance plans.
  • Cholesterol or A1C screenings
    Provided along with educational information on lowering your cholesterol and diabetes risk factors.

 

  • Lunch N Learns
    Seminar topics will be chosen as part of the comprehensive wellness program needs based on HRA results.

  • 10 Minute Educational Series
    Meetings in employee hot spots lunchrooms, café and lobby visits to provide education information, education and inspirations via exercise or healthy cooking demonstrations. 
  • CPR and First Aid
    Can be provided. Training includes certification or recertification depending on the need.
  • Smoking Cessation
    Offered over 7 consecutive weeks and utilizes the Freedom From Smoking program through the American Lung Association.
  • Weight Watchers
    At work program can be arranged for a group of 12 or more individuals running for 12 weeks. This is run by Weight Watchers.

 

  • Walking Program
    Program and pedometers provided by CGI. This can be done individually or as a team competition.

  • Challenges
    Site specific competitions promoting health and wellness.
