Ron Page, SPHR
Ron Page directs the Human Resources Support Division at CGI Employee Benefits Group. Ron has over 20 years in human resources holding management positions in manufacturing, sales and service organizations and has served as adjunct faculty at Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to his Human Resources career Ron held several positions in the human services field in management and service delivery positions.
Ron maintains certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and he possesses a Master’s Degree from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University. He serves as chair of the New Hampshire Survey Group and is past president of the Manchester Area Human Resources Association. He is also a member of SHRM and local affiliated chapters, and he volunteers on the Human Resources Committee of both the Moore Center Services and the Associated General Contractors of NH. Ron is also a member of the Granite State Independent Living Board of Directors.
Ron is available to work with employers to align their human resources programs, practices and processes with the organization’s strategy for growth and profitability.

Catharine Mirabile, SPHR
Catharine is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has over 15 years experience in the Human Resources field. She comes to CGI with a diverse background in the area of Human Resources, including staffing, employee relations, training, benefits, compensation and payroll. Catharine has utilized these skills in a variety of industries including banking, manufacturing, and technology.
Prior to joining CGI, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for Ride-Away Handicap Equipment Corporation, in which she managed a full human resources department in a multi-state environment. Catharine has her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida. In addition to her education and experience in the Human Resources field, she continually strives to dedicate herself to the profession by her involvement in the national and regional HR professional groups including SHRM, Greater Nashua Human Resources Association and Manchester Area HR Association.

Dee Frappiea
Dee joined CGI in 2008 with 3 years of claims adjudication experience with the State of New Hampshire Employment Security. Her responsibilities included conducting fact finding interviews with claimants, employers and third parties on issues of eligibility to make determinations based on New Hampshire law. Prior to her employment with NHES, Dee recruited for a worldwide staffing agency for 12 years where she interviewed, sourced and hired candidates for office and manufacturing positions. In this capacity, she also handled workers’ compensation claims, organized job fairs, and conducted new hire orientations.
Dee holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Science from Hesser College. With a strong commitment in customer satisfaction, Dee’s main focus is business to business marketing of CGI’s Human Resources Support division. Dee believes that companies deciding to outsource the Human Resources function will provide cost efficiencies and access to the level of expertise necessary to strategically align the company’s HR activities with their business goals.

John Hill
John joined CGI in 2009 to foster and expand business relationships with prospective clients.
John earned his B. S in Applied technology with option in management From Granite State College. He also possesses Associate degrees in Fire science and Fire investigation from Lakes Region Community Technical College.
His studies were directed toward leadership development, and he has ten years of experience instructing public safety personnel.
